The Malut Ceremony celebrates the birth of the Prophet Mohammed and is the most colorful of the festivals in the Cham community. During it special cakes are baked by the women and these are arranged and decorated into amazing sculptures. They are brought to the mosque in procession and after worship a feast is held.
